All-Inclusive Contract
We understand our clients often run under tight budgeting for IT, often they need to plan for almost any eventuality including problems which may occur months in advance.
This is why we have our all-Inclusive contract, one fee, once a year for complete peace of mind that if something happens to your system we will resolve it.
This service includes:
- For equipment three years old or under all parts would be covered for repair or replacement.
- All telephone support or remote dial-in support will be carried out free of charge.
- Monthly health checks will be carried out remotely or onsite, on the servers and workstations to ensure that there is minimum risk of system down-time or virus infection.
