All of our clients are allocated their own designated engineer who will respond to the majority of your requirements. However, they can still call upon the extensive resources and skills of our organisation. We can also call upon the input of our partners including Microsoft and other leading systems and software providers.
Our trained support representatives are always ready and willing to help you
through any problems which may occur with your IT systems, You can be sure
that when you speak to them they will have been briefed of your current network
setup to ensure we give you the best possible service.
Telephone and Remote Assistance
In the event where a critical problem can not be fixed quickly we will ensure our engineers will be onsite with you within four hours or next day depending on your choice of contract.
Your business may wish to schedule regular half or full-day visits during which we will work together through a planned list of tasks including the installation of new IT equipment.
We endeavour to resolve the majority of our support calls either over the phone or by remotely dialling in to your system and on average solve 80% of all our calls this way.
