From time to time, one of our engineers may need to remotely access your PC. They will instruct you on this procedure over the phone, you can also find manual instructions to the right of this page.

Remote Support
1. Click the ApexIS Remote Helpdesk icon on this page.
2. Click on Run when prompted to.
3. If a security warning is displayed, click run and yes on the follow up screen.
4. The ApexIS Ltd Remote Support window will open, and one of our support engineers will ask you to double
click one of the available engineers in the list.
5. The support engineer will now connect to your machine, and assist with any problems/queries you have
Note: No software is installed on your PC.
