Our support engineers are Microsoft trained and certified and can resolve an estimated 80% of the problems remotely either over the phone or via dial-in without the need to visit your office.

If a mission critical problem cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely, we guarantee to send one of our Systems Engineers to site within the timeframe agreed within your support agreement.
